Join other parents & caregivers for those who are currently enrolled in either Participant Directed Program (PDP) or Agency with Choice (AWC) to exchange ideas, share resources and to connect with each other.

Join other parents and caregivers in the Merrimack Valley and beyond to discuss topics on transition into adulthood planning, to share resources, problem solve and connect with each other!
